NLP without ankles
My wife badly sprained her ankle, she is now stuck in a boot for at least a week.
She's not too bummed about having to deload and ramp back up for her squat and deadlift, but she has fought hard to get her presses up to where they are and still wants to keep going.
Would something like the following be acceptable until she can bend her ankle properly? Better than nothing?
DAY A
Bench Press 3x5
Lat Pulldown 3x10
Back Extension 3x10
DAY B
Overhead Press 5x3 (she was doing this before her injury)
Lat Pulldown 3x10
Back Extension 3x10

She can probably squat and deadlift in the boot. Certainly deadlift. Try it.
