    I’m 39y/o 72” 223lbs

    365 Squat 5x3
370 Dead 5x1 (Rip said to allow my disc to heal as deads aggravate it)
    180 Press 5x3
    270 Chest 5x3

I’ve been doing NLP since March 2020. Off and on from Covid, gyms open then closing till I got my own gear.

When should I switch to another program, or shall I continue to run with the NLP? Thanks

    "When to switch from NLP"

When you can no longer add weight in every single workout.

The question is less how much you are lifting, and more how you are progressing. If a lift is not letting you progress at LP rates anymore and you've ruled out the famous three questions as potential causes, then move it to more intermediate style programming. don't be in a hurry to go intermediate, and don't stubbornly try to LP forever. I wouldn't be surprised if you're pretty much there now, though.
