Off Season Powerlifting
Regarding the off season powerlifting program in PP, how long do you rest between the work sets for the main lifts and accessory work? In the weeks where you're doing 4-5 sets of a main lift plus 5 sets for each accessory, these sessions take forever. Is the volume really necessary, and if so how do you not spend 2.5 hours in the gym daily

The rest between main work sets for the heavy competition lifts is 5-10 minutes. Or as much as needed to complete the work.
For assistance work, rest is generally shorter, -5 minutes. Read new blog article. Especially part about Descending Sets
