    No matter how many times you've read them. . .gotta do it again. The Intermediate section of PPST is a pretty gnarly read. Very hard to pick up on everything and it all gets a bit jumbled since so many approaches are presented. I think some variations of the TM are viewed as okay. The main gripe is that the volume day of the whole classic TM is just insanity. If you split it into 4 days it helps out quite a bit. It's basically a volume day and an intensity day per each lift spread out over 4 days. But since you have 3, well, that's a tangent that isn't really productive.

    Intermediate is ALL OF THE OPTIONS. Most of which comes down to. . what you want to do so with all that you've said (if it were me) I would do. . . the 12 week sample progression from page 163 of PPST. SLDL could be alternated for. . .any deadlift variant.

    If you can't figure your way through the many HLM programming possibilities, I can vouch for Andy's "Garage Gym Warrior" HLM program. It's cheap $25, very well laid out and won't kill you. Only drawback is that you really need to know your 1 rep maxes before starting. But your not to far off that anyway with your 3x3 lifts.

    Dalton, I've been reading through practical programming and read the suggested pages. I think that's a solid program to transition to, and sounds just like what I need. Thank you for taking the time to find it.

    Thanks chrisza! Yeah, I've been eyeballing his programs! Glad you enjoyed it. Certainly worth a shot. Got some things to think about! Both seem fine which is cool
