Conditioning Programming
I have been searching the forms for the past 20 minutes and I am having trouble finding anything great about how to program conditioning when you are doing SS or any strength training really. My goal will be really to get my cardio vascular system in top shape while maintaining strength. I have access to a prowler, rowers, bikes, etc.
I like using the prowler, I did just read somewhere that farmers walks are good for conditioning, does that sound right?
