KSC Raw powerlifting template, older lifter
Hi Andy, I purchased the raw powerlifting program a while ago, and I am planning to start it in a week or two. Are there any modifications an older guy like me , 46, should consider? For example, should the squat volume be reduced by either less sets or smaller percentage?
I hate to be the guy who tries to fix something that ain't broken but if I felt I needed some practice with deadlift, could the stiff legs be replaced with regular dl in 60% - 75% range and keeping the reps as written?
Thanks!

Just start it as is and adjust as you go if you feel volume is too high on any given lift. I wouldn't adjust too much prematurely though.
I'd say if you haven't mastered your DL technique yet then you don't need to do this program. You aren't going to get much of a training stress from "practicing" deadlifts at 60%. Learn the Stiff legs. They are a valuable assistance exercise.
