Age, height, weight, goals???
I would not like to waste any time after I know that I have completed finished SS as a novice.
I would like to jump right into the next appropriate program.
So, My question is:
What program is recommended to early/new intermediate lifters to take up to continue getting stronger?
A basic HLM program would probably work well. This is a basic and simple HLM program that works. It's not overly aggressive and has worked for a lot of people. It's all spelled out for you so you don't have to "think" too much while your focus is elsewhere.
