GGW - Missing workouts in week 10
Coach,
I've worked thru your GGW program up to week 10. It has been good so far, thanks for the program! The only real change I've made is substituting 3-4 sets of chins for rows on Wednesday.
This week (week 10), I've not yet gotten a workout in, being out of town M-T and this coming Friday, and missed last night. This leaves me with tonight only for a workout. I've thought of two options: 1.) work out tonight - doing the Monday workout, plus a few sets of bench (from Wednesday workout). 2.) skip this week altogether, and next week start over with week 9 or 10.

See if you can just cram in all the heavy work in tonight and you'll just have to skip the light/medium stuff. Or if you don't mind screwing with your schedule you can just pretend today is Monday, Sunday would be Wednesday, and Tuesday would be Friday and finish out the program on a different schedule.
