    Hi Andy,
    Thanks for the recent video covering fat loss while training. Do you find that additional warm ups are neccessary or prudent when the musculature is not as bloated while dieting down?

    Yes, definitely easier to get injured when depleted so you really gotta pay attention to warm up protocol.

    Hey Andy! Video was really awesome. I recognize you aren't the nutrition guy, but if someone were to do kickboxing 1-4 times a week, how would you have them adjust their carbs?
