    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    I need help... i got to a point where i cant get stronger with 5×5 rep ranges for all lifts...
    What rep and set ranges do i need to focus now if i wanna get stronger ??

    We're going to need a bit more background about your stats (incl. age and bodyweight), your training history, your current lifts, and what programs you're running before we can opine on anything here.

    Like Brodie said, reps/sets are just part of the equation. We need more data. Essentially we want to keep progressively overloading you while still recovering enough to see an adaptation. That can be done on many different programs, and there isn't one rep/set range that is the best after your novice progression is done.
