Intermediate weekly progress
Hello,
I've just finished my lp and I'm looking to move on to either HLM or a 4 day split. I have a good understanding of the structure of these workouts (ie. format and what constitutes heavy, light and medium weight) but I don't understand how to progress the weight from workout to workout. I'm so used to the linear system of adding 5 lbs to the bar every time that I don't really have a feel for how to increase it in an intermediate program. I've read the intermediate section of PPST and I've watched Andy's youtube videos on each of the programs but I still don't have a clear understanding of how to adjust the weight from workout to workout over time.

You add weight to the bar for each lift once per week. But I'd need to see a specific program layout to tell you exactly how to progress each individual part of the program.
