when to add chins?
Hi, can I add in chins for day B without dropping the deadlift and power-clean frequency and still be "doing the program"?
so that day A is |SQUAT, BENCH, DEADLIFT| and day B is |SQUAT, PRESS, POWERCLEAN, CHINS|
I'm wondering because my press is beginning to grind but my deadlift is far behind my squat due to previous shitty programming.
I'm squatting 325x5x3 and deadlifting 270x5. So I don't want to drop the deadlift frequency.

Yes, you can do Chins on top of your Deads/PCs
