You can certainly OHP 3x/week on an HLM program. Press Heavy Mon, Light Weds, Med Fri. About 8-10% reduction in load for Weds and about 5% reduction in load on Fri. 4-5 sets Monday, 2-3 sets Weds, 3-4 sets Friday
Coach Andy: Running the GGW a second time and am making some super gains even at 58 Yrs of age, but recently my shoulders have really been complaining after benching and I am considering Dropping bench completely and sticking to OHP on all 3 days, do you see any issues with this? I tried swapping out Dips for bench but they too get my shoulders screaming for a few days afterwards, not sure the rep/ratio on Wed. for the ohp.
