Lack of sleep, food, and being sick can just wreck you. Which you unfortunately realized. I’d take 8-10% off the last completed work weight and work back up. You’ll be back in no time once you get back on the mend. Feel better
I’m getting over a bad cold (have two kids under 3) and missed two work outs. While still under the weather I’ve done two work outs since skipping two. I attempted to pick up where I left off but was terrible on all lifts.
Advice on how much to deload when coming back from being sick?
Sleep and nutrition have been terrible, medication prob hasn’t helped. But much better as of today.
Thanks,
Kevin

Thanks for the reply Royce. I backed off 10% on Squats and DL. Bench only had to drop 5lbs. Anyways, felt great. Hopefully will be back to previous levels by next week.
