SM40+ deload week
I've run SM40+ through 6 cycles now (it's working great - thank you!) with only one deload week after the 3rd. I skipped the deload week after the 6th cycle because I was feeling fine, and I'm into the 3's week on my 7th cycle. I started feeling pretty beat up by the end of last week's 5s, and I'm pretty exhausted now with aching joints.
Should I just grind through next week's singles before taking a week to deload, or would it be better to take the deload week after this week's 3s?
47 years old, 235 pounds. This week's 3s - Squat - 410, Bench - 315, Deadlift-420, Press - 195.

You can take the deload week now as prep before your heavy singles week. Should be fine.
