    Andy,

    In your excellent video about the staggered HLM, you recommend a heavy set of 1-5 for the first set of squats, followed by 4 back-off sets. Im hoping you can clarify how much of a reduction you are talking about when you say "back off". Is this a reduction to the Medium set levels, or somewhere heavier than the medium day.

    I like about a 5% reduction for back off sets (so not much) then about 20% for light day and 10% for medium day. Simple and easy calculations if you do that.
