Guys, please give me some feedback on this routine. I watched Andy's Youtube video on the 4 day split and this is what I felt would work for my goals. I set it up as a 4 week block that adds a third set of 5 on the heavy lifts on week 2 and 3 and adds a forth set of 5 on week 4. The added sets are the only changes to volume and my intention is to add weight to the bar every 4 week block.
I have done the NLP some HLM and Jordan's Bridge (which I really enjoyed and would repeat if I didn't want to shorten my workouts a little spacing them on a 4 day). Thanks for reading and your replies.
