slydeflex, check out my training log, I'm on the 4th week of my 3rd 12 week cycle. Based on the GGW program, I've set up sort of a 4 day split. It's been very effective, managed to increase my all time deadlift PR by 17.5kg (7.5kg+10kg) in the first two cycles. I highly recommend Andy's GGW program! (Note that I've been doing Snatch grip Deadlift as a squat substitute, and only recently introduced squats back in my program due to a shoulder issue)
