Sm40+ for PL
Hi Andy
My first meet is 13 weeks out. I would like to run 4 cycles of 3x5/3/1 taper and meet week.
Actually the program is for strength lifting, which used the Press as upper body strength movement. How to tweak it towards PL, which priotizes the bench?
Do 5x5 of cgbp after pressing on monday, followed by a few sets of paused bench or do/alternate floor presses?
After bench on thursday put on slingshot and do 1-2 more sets with slingshot (same weight)?

I'd probably restructure like this:
Monday - Heavy Bench / Close Grip Bench / Tricep Stuff
Thursday - Speed/Paused Bench / Press 3-5 x 5-8 / DB Incline
