GGW to ???
I purchased GGW based on the fact I mostly train at home and work with limited equipment. It’s worked out great so far. I’ll probably run it more than once but was curious which of your other programs might work well with this amount of equipment. Power rack, bench , chin bar. Treadmill.

Texas Method Program is built for garage gyms also and requires minimal equipment.
Could also do the SM40 program or the Power-Lifting / Strength-Lifting program with limited equipment if you are smart enough to make some basic substitutions for some of the assistance work I recommend.
