Question Transitioning from DL three times per week to incorporating Rows/Chins

In about a weeks time I will be transitioning from deadlifting three per week to incorporating rows/chins into my workout. I am wondering when making this transition do I incorporate rows first or chins first (or do I just do both together?)

    Meaning:

    Workout A
    Squat
    Standing Press
    DL

    Workout B
    Squat
    Bench Press
    Rows

    OR

    Workout B
    Squat
    Bench Press
    Chins

Or do I just do rows/chins together on the same day?

Sorry if this is a bit scattered - I'm still pretty new to the SSLP.

    Thanks,

    Ken

I would personally do power cleans+chin ups on workout B, but if you insist on doing rows, you can do chin ups after deadlifts on workout A.

    Hi Ken

A good place to start is the program as written in the book. The first thing to add is power cleans. If you don’t have a copy of the book you should buy it.

Ok thank you. I was back and forth on whether to do power cleans vs. row/chins - the opinion seemed to be very split. Perhaps I will just stick with cleans then and not worry about rows/chins.

Chin ups are also in the book and part of the program, don't skip those either.
