Lying triceps extension
Hi Andy,
I've been following your Strength and Mass After 40 program for several months now--it's great. I just read your "Blow Up Your Bench Press" article where you recommend short rest intervals (one to two minutes) for the LTE. I'm 63, 6', 205 pounds, intermediate lifter, and I've been resting for 3 minutes when doing LTEs. My last workout I did three sets of 10 with 95 pounds. Would you recommend that a master's lifter like me reduce the rest time to one or two minutes, and perhaps reduce the weight if necessary?
