Garage Gym Warrior
Program looks great, I will begin as soon as my current HLM fizzles.
Is there an easy way to modify this so I work out 4 days/week? Its a personal thing, the gym is my time and I enjoy going every other day.

I'd do the program as normal Monday / Weds / Fri.
On Saturday, go in and do whatever pressing lift you trained on Wednesday for medium volume / intensity, do some chins, and do some conditioning. Makes a good 4th session. Have ;prescribed that to several people running the program and it works well when more volume is needed on the pressing movements
