    Default Deadlift Stuck

Hi, I just recently transitioned from SS to a TM split and today was my second week on it. I tried to deadlift 132.5kg today but the bar wouldn't come off the ground. Here's my deadlift log for a few weeks. I only deadlifted once a week:

    115x5
    120x5
    125x4
    125x3
    130x2
    132.5x0

I probably went abit too aggressive, so I was wondering how to fix it since im no longer doing SS and I have no experience with TM yet. I thought "running it out" would work but that's definitely off the table now. Current Lifts if needed:
    Squat 105x5
Bench 70x5 (don't focus on em)
    Press 57.5x4

I was actually thinking about it today. Been two weeks and even on a split routine 5x5 squats feel like shit

Give Snatch Grip Deadlifts a try, they have always helped boost my Deadlifts.

I'll see if I can get that in my routine. Should I do them as back off sets or on Volume day?

I would do 2 sets of 5-6 reps of back off sets.

You need to deadlift more. When you think about stress, recovery, adaptation.... 2 deadlifts at 130 just wasn't enough stimulus. ( And/or you have recovery issues, like not eating enough).

Try add a light deadlift day and keep your intensity volume closer to 5, even if that's 5 sets of singles.
