I'm a 55 yom, 195lbs @ 5'9" and have just finished my first cycle on the KSC raw powerlifting program. I added 15lbs on my tested bench 1RM (230>245) and 30lbs on my squat and deadlift 1RM (300>330). A couple of questions on these results.
1. Is this good, bad or average progress for the program?
2. If I ran another cycle would I get similar results?

Hi Geoffc - didn't do the program yet, but know the Layout.
Pls keep in mind that I not might be qualified to say, but compared to my own Progress on other programs I think that if you added 15lbs to your bench in 6 weeks that is fine. Same for lower body Lifts. Will definitely give it a shot in the future. Keep on going!
