Stats are 5'9, 186lbs following are my numbers for 3x5

    Squat: 190lb
    Deadlift: 215lb
    Bench: 130lb
    Press: 70lb

I'm on a college meal plan so I'm definitely hitting macros and increasing weight steadily.

Would it be appropriate to start doing cleans? These seem like really low numbers as compared to the "average male" as detailed in the book/website. However I'm getting increasingly more and more tired and prone to injury (just had a mild quad strain yesterday attempting 225)

If your deadlift form looks good, go ahead and start doing cleans if you like. Starting cleans before the deadlift progress absolutely requires you to is not that big of a deal. It just means that the deadlift rate of progress will be a little slower at first. It will eventually catch up however.
