Hy Andy! Can you incorporate barbell rows on intensity day after main workout, and do chins on recovery day?

Yes. BB Rows make good back offs after deads. Bar is already there in front of you waiting to be rowed. Just strip some weight off and get to work.

Honestly, Im not very fond of BB-rowing after deads, as the lower back is - and should be - fatigued. Especially if you embrace a momentum style of BB rowing, In such a session, I prefer some supported row that takes out the lower back of the equation. Seal rows, cable rows, one arm DB rows, chest supported t-bar rows, you name it.
