A good and fair point, but context is important to any discussion and usually the more the better. It's good to know the level of experience and education with the person you are arguing with especially if they tend to go around endlessly posting in the programming forum when they haven't even completed an LP.

BTW is your first name Jordan?

I agree, own experience with various programs and exercises is important.

My nickname is derived from an absurd British horror spoof, Marenghi´s Darkplace.

So, you think I still deadlift 150 kg?
I don't log anymore. It does not mean I stopped training.

Moreover, how is it relevant to my post?

    More seriously, to the OP:

    - make sure you have (nearly) finished the NLP before you jump in any powerbuilding template
    - the most important thing is still to improve the main lifts — while getting a good "pump" with just a few carefully chosen isolation exercises
    - eat and sleep well
    - be committed (I can't stress this enough)
