Programming question
I am 63 female 5"2 140# 6 weeks nlp. I am doing the nlp m-w-f. I deadlift 1x5 all 3 days. On my b days I do chin ups so....squat 59,bench 57, dl 116 and 3 sets of 12 0 weight chin ups. While reading barbell prescription the programming is different dropping a dl to two days and subbing chin ups instead? Should I continue as I am with nlp a,b,and chins as long as I can or modify by dropping to two dl days?

Dropping to DL on alternating workouts would be fine. All depends on how you are tolerating the frequent pulling. I would anticipate it being one of the first modifications to make.
