Abdomen Strain Lifting Alternatives?
I have injured my abdomen but don't want to start from zero with my big lifts when I recover. Any suggestions on variations I can use to keep my posterior chain relatively strong? The isometric contraction of the squat set me back a little yesterday and I was right around the corner to recovery.

Not sure the injury or the severity. Hmm. Maybe hip squats or leg press? about all I can think of... Hopefully you can get in to see a coach soon.
