You can do snatch grip deadlifts, you'll need some straps.
Pay attention to your back.
Also, you could do a fairly heavy powerclean, and then do a bunch of front squats.
Also, I would think maybe a power clean and a bunch of push pressing.

If you look at it objectively, you simply swap low bar squats with another squat variation, be it high bar squats or front squats (I forgot to mention sawhorses enabling you to do either of them, preferably high bar squats, because with both you can get rid of the bar safely). And your bench presses with dips (again, sawhorses come in handy), weighted push-ups or floor presses.
The effects will be very similar to doing the other variations, because you can follow the same programming parameters as volume, frequency and weight progression as with any novice program that SS is.

If I had sawhorses, wouldn’t I be able to do low-bar squats? Lol...
