    Default Spreading workout throughout the week

    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    I haven't tried this yet, so I want to ask if anyone did. Will this work or will it wreck the CNS? (Intermediate level)

    Mon - Bench press + chins
    Tue - Heavy squat + power clean
    Wed - CG bench press + chins
    Thu - Light squat + power clean
    Fri - Press + chins
    Sat - Medium squat + deadlift
    Sun-OFF

    Shorter workouts with no reduced frequency like 4 day TM or 4 day HLM.
