ID singles across 3-5 sets @ what %?
Ive been running 5s maybe 3-4 months, 3s for 2 months and 2x2 for 3 weeks, thinking of switching to singles across soon.
At about what percent of a 1RM should multiple sets of singles be done on intensity day?
Should i up the % if im performing 3 sets versus if im perform 5 sets of singles?

it doesnt go off a percentage the way you are doing it. you simply up 5 pounds every week from where you left off at doubles
