    Default Hypertrophy sets and rep schemes.

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    Reading through PPFST. The repetition continuum figure 4-3 shows hypertrophic response as strong in the 1 through 15 rep range. I made an assumption from this that the reason of higher rep sets is not hypertrophy specifically but the ability to apply a greater stress which still affects hypertrophy without causing intensity induced fatigue. Am I wrong? Discuss?
