Hello. I am a big believer of Andy Baker's programs. After the success that i had with the Garage Gym Warrior, i tried with also big success the KSC texas method. Recently i purchased the Strength and Mass after 40, but i just saw that there is a new program. 12 Week Peaking Program by Andy Baker
So i would like to ask, is this new program so much different than the GGW?
