Resetting during a 4 Day TM
Hey Brent, I had to miss a week due to traveling and moving around, except for last Thursday, somehow I found time to get to the gym and do some kind of intensity press day (205 for an ugly single.) I figure I need to do some kind of reset, but I don't really know how. Would I just do a 10-15% reset on all lifts? Or is something more complex needed since I'm no longer a novice?

No need to get super complex. Just titrate up to a heavy set of 5 and leave a rep in the tank; run an LP for a week or so and get back to your 4day split. We deal with this all the time.
