Deadlift form breakdown
Hello I have been running linear progression on deadlift for 9 months. I'm currently pulling 360 for 5. However I feel like my form starts to break down as I fatigue (upper back rounding) on rep 4 and 5 . Should i do a reset ? Or should i break up my five reps in two sets 3 and 2 while adding 5lbs if form is good. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Depends on how bad the technique breakdown is. Go ahead and post on the Staff Q&A if you haven't already done so. Also, if it is upper back then that is less probematic than if it were lower back...
