4-Day TM very Similar to 5/3/1 BBB?
No question, just an observation - but to me, the 4-day TM
Monday: Volume Bench 5 x 5, Light Press 3×5;
Tuesday: Volume Squat 5 x 5, Light/Volume Pulls (Cleans 5×3 or SLDL 3×5)
Thursday: Intensity Bench 3RM, Volume Press 5×5
Friday: Intensity Squat 3RM, Deadlift 3-5RM
looks really similar to a 5/3/1 BBB format:
Monday: Bench 5/3/1, Press 3x10 (or 5x10)
Tuesday: Squat 5/3/1, Deadlift 3x10 (or 5x10)
Thursday: Press 5/3/1, Bench 3x10 (or 5x10)
Friday: Deadlift 5/3/1, Squat 3x10 (5x10)
Basically, pairing the intensity & volume for upper & lower body days.

Similarities are exercise selection and order that you already noted and combination of Intensity and volume. Looks like that is where the similarities end though.
