Hey guys I've been stalling on my 3s for 2 cycles now on a rep rotation. My 5s and 1s are going up fine. Should I do a reset for my 3s or keep trying again? Currently doing HLM with Bench-Press-CGBP on the 3 days. I do 1x531 then 3-5 sets of 5s as backoffs on all the pressing movements.

I was doing the same scheme. I would repeat the 3s a few times before adjusting.
Not an expert here , but would probably re-set the 5/3/1 scheme for just the bench.
