It’s a deadlift, not a seizure.
I have a question about doing split deadlift twice a week instead of doing a full deadlift and a power clean. I want add a rack pull and a halting deadlift on my squat day, Tuesday and Friday with rack pull on Tuesday and halting deadlift on Friday. My deadlift have become too heavy to do it weekly and I have switched it to a split deadlift once a week, rack pull one week and halting deadlift next week, with power cleans on my second squat day but now I want to try the other method. Has anyone tried it here? Is it going to be too much to handle for my nervous system? Thanks in advance.
