    Of course, this study was short term and involved young men, so we cannot know whether the results would be the same for women and older people.

    Dr. Schoenfeld suspects that they should be.

    Obviously! I think these are the type of articles that Coach Niki was talking about in her article, "How to Squat 405 in 12 Weeks". Also, I heard something recently that said all you need is three minutes in the gym...when will it end?!

    I don't have a link,but you can just Google his name.His basic training principle was one set taken to failure. One of his trainees was Casey Viator who participated in The Colorado Experiment. You can google this too.Make up your own mind on this.
