    Yes those would have been better options since its more similar.

    But on Rip's advise i continue my LP.
    I deadlifted friday 310 and yesterday (monday) 315 wich felt easy.
    I still think with my bodyweight i can atleast deadlift 3x a week for two weeks

    That is definitely the best path forward. Keep going until it stops working.

    Almost everything is increasing nice.
    Deadlift still three times a week now at 335 only squats on wednesday are a little bit iffy.
    I think i will make wednesday a light squat day squat is at 295.
    The reason is that on monday and friday i train in the evening and wednesday in the morning.

    Why can't the reason be weight

    Deadlift = high

    SLDL = Medium

    Row = low

    This satisfies the HLM criteria, when setting it up by weight, no? If no, then why not? I'm asking because I ran this exercise mix with success in driving the deadlift. In fact, doing this mix made me better at breaking the bar off the floor during conventional deadlift.

    On second thought, ignore my post. I chose SLDL because I ditched back squat for front squat so I needed to chose a DL variant that hot my hammies. So, I had a specific reason.
