Almost everything is increasing nice.
Deadlift still three times a week now at 335 only squats on wednesday are a little bit iffy.
I think i will make wednesday a light squat day squat is at 295.
The reason is that on monday and friday i train in the evening and wednesday in the morning.
Why can't the reason be weight

This satisfies the HLM criteria, when setting it up by weight, no? If no, then why not? I'm asking because I ran this exercise mix with success in driving the deadlift. In fact, doing this mix made me better at breaking the bar off the floor during conventional deadlift.
