    Default Squats catching up with DL

    Hi. I was wondering what to do about the fact that my squat weight (currently 105) is going to catch up to my DL weight (currently 120). I did do 2 weeks straight of DL’s before beginning to work on power cleans every other session. Is it bad for my squat to surpass my DL?

    Not a problem. It'll even out on it's own by going through the stages of training in their logical order. There are a small % of people who have really bad DL anthropometry and whose DL is close to or even behind their squat (people with very short arms, for example). But assuming you're not one of them, it's still fine - it'll even out to where it should be, for YOU, assuming your form is good and your programming is good.
