    Sorry, I could log in but not allowed to do anything...that was odd.

    Anyway, I’m 5’10”, 225lbs and 50 years old. May 2019 will be 3 years of continuous lifting. 96% last week was 355lbs on bench. I set a PR 3 weeks ago at 365lbs. I plan to set a new PR either Friday or next week. If you are genuinely curious as to my progress, I will gladly keep you up to date.

    Missed one question: I spend around 30 min benching each day including warm ups.
