    Default back extensions

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    I noticed that there was no rep scheme reccomendation for back extensions in the starting strength section of practical programming. What do you recommend?

    Honestly, I never do them and don't program them under normal circumstances.
