lol love how you phrase it "on" creatine.

I take 5g every day. Plan to do so for the rest of my life, irrespective of what happens lifting-wise.

There's almost no reason everyone shouldn't be taking creatine daily for life.

Guys how much water do you drink whilst taking creatine?

For the past few days I have been constantly thirsty but I'm also pissing all the f-ing time. I also have a bloated stomach even though I haven't had my dose yet today.

    Sorry for the detail.

1 to 2 gallons a day. I mix 14 grams of Scivation Xtend into each gallon of water, so I'm constantly taking in BCAAs and electrolyte.

Lots of reports of dehydration on Creatine, including dehydration headaches / migranes.

Edit, have a good way to track. I use a gallon jug, and use that same water to mix up my normal BCAA dose and so on.

I took creatine a few months and I hadn't no benefit.

Lost money. For me, the only helpfull supplements are whey and multivitam

You won't necessarily be able to recognise the impact of creatine. Doesn't mean it provides no benefit.

3 months of creatine costs me about $8

Interesting you find the multivitamin useful. Personally, I suspect there are cheaper ways to colour my urine. What benefit did you notice from taking those?
