Spinal erector? 100 broomstick good mornings. Other erectors, idk.
Its pretty tight and sore. I've tried rolling on a lacrosse ball in hopes to loosen it up. It feels good doing it but hasn't really solved anything.
What do you guys do when this muscle gets out of whack? Any specific stretches you do?
There is a really sore spot right where the erector goes under my rib cage. If I press in on that it almost takes my breath away.

I think I'll try 100 or so toe touches per day. That seems to really loosen up my lower back and hamstrings. Maybe pumping enough blood into the area to help the spinal erector muscle heal.
