I got lack of internal rotation in one shoulder.

This causes issues with my over head squat, left wrist pain, Issues with my squat, right ql pain and that I often cant lockout the bar overhead in the snatch. ie loosing the bar infront.

I have been working a lot on rope pulls, lat work, pec minor work, but so far I have not been able to get this issue a bit better.

I also work on my oblique strength.

    Any ideas.

None of those movements involve internal rotation of the shoulder.

What do you suggest that I do instead?

Is the problem bony or nervy? You should get a diagnosis, loss of ROM is usually of those things.
