    Hey,

On Monday i woke up to shoulder pain whenever i moved the arm to about shoulder height. I know for back pain the advice would be to train through it but i'm wondering if this is different. The pain seems to be under the deltoid muscle although it's hard to pinpoint where exactly. I was able to bench heavy later monday night but, pain is not sharp but hurts more the higher i raise the arm it seems, even as i lower it back down. Not quite sure what to do.
    Thanks!

Y U DOUBLE POST?! But seriously, what's your question? We all deal with aches and pains, they come and they go. When they don't "go" after a few weeks and in fact get worse with training, it may be time to get it checked out. We have no idea what your form looks like on any of your lifts, we do not know anything about you or your training history. Are you just looking for someone to tell you to take it easy?

Thanks for the help but I'm okay now, and back to chasing a higher press.
